Our Penpalship Starts Today!
Let us start by saying: All you have heard and read about charity organisations are true; but what is the big takeaway? The Government and society aren’t equipped to offer aid and protection to everyone who needs it and it is for this reason we at Hallel Hodia exist.
‘Hallel Hodia’ is derived from Hebrew, meaning “a declaration of thanks and acknowledgement of divine blessings.” Growing up in Nigeria where there is a huge decline in the economic sector, we understand what it feels like to be vulnerable and in need of assistance and so, we started up the change we wanted to see, instead of waiting for that change for the rest of our lives. As a group, we genuinely want to help people and leave a positive impact in their lives through this work we do. Think of it as a God-given purpose of uplifting those in need and creating a better future for them.
Here is a quick runthrough of all we provide:
Financial support to individuals and communities in need, training programs and workshops, health awareness campaigns as well as access to healthcare services, community development and empowerment, technological and innovative programs and community support.
Now, for the interesting part…
The logo mark prominently takes the form of a tilted “Letter H,” alluding to the unique brand name:
Hallel Hodia Charity Foundation. The upper part of the "H" mark logo is designed to bear a semblance with a house's roof, which visualises how the services we offer would provide financial, emotional, spiritual (and other forms) of shelter to individuals.
The primary colour of our brand is a hue of yellow. Why does it matter? Don’t worry, we’ll explain…
This colour alludes to: Hope, warmth, happiness, clarity, optimism, confidence and light among others.
This of course connotes the quality of sustainable impact our Charity would have on individuals and communities.
Our brand also incorporates hues of brown and orange as an identity component.
BROWN: Symbolises Reliability, Warmth and Harmony.
ORANGE: A colour considered to communicate emotional strength and optimism.
You made it this far and we are super grateful you gave us your two minutes! We are committed to turning the impossible into reality– together, we can create change and offer hope to those who need it the most.
